1) Preheat oven to 180°C.
2) Open the mushroom pack (A). Set a cooking pan on high heat until it is smoking hot. Add a little oil & pan-fry the mushrooms until they are hot. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Set aside.
3) Pour the cheese sauce (B) into a cooking pot. Bring it to a boil while stirring continuously. Once it boils, add the macaroni (C) & bring it to a boil again. Once the macaroni is boiling, turn off the heat. Add the truffle paste (D) & mix in well.
(Tip: Add a little milk or water if the mixture seems too thick!)
4) Pour the macaroni & cheese into the baking pan provided. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs (E) over. Lay the sauteéd mushrooms over. Sprinkle a generous amount of parmesan (E) on top.
5) Bake for 3-5 minutes, or until the top layer is a crispy brown color. Finish off with a light drizzle of truffle oil (F).
