1) Preheat oven to 180°C.
2) Pour the cheese sauce (B) into a cooking pot. Bring it to a boil while stirring continuously. Once it boils, add the macaroni (C) & bring it to a boil again. Once the macaroni is boiling, turn off the heat.
(Tip: Add a little milk or water if the mixture seems too thick!)
3) Pour the macaroni & cheese into the baking pan provided. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs (D) over.
4) Layer the sliced lobster meat over (A). Then, sprinkle a generous amount of parmesan (D) on top.
5) Bake for 3-5 minutes, or until the top layer is a crispy brown color.
