1) Preheat oven to 180°C.
2) Lay the baking paper provided onto a metal baking tray.
3) Open the prawn pack (A). Pat dry with a paper towel & lay the prawns on the metal baking tray.
4) Pour the green harissa mix (B) into a small bowl. Mix well. Spread it generously over the prawns.
(Tip: Use a spoon to spread it evenly!)
5) Bake the prawns for 4 minutes.
(Tip: Bake for 5 minutes if you prefer your prawns to be fully cooked.)
6) After the prawns are cooked, serve the prawns on a serving plate with the chimichurri topping sauce (C). Lightly season with salt to taste.
(Tip: Use Mediterranean sea salt for best results!)
