1) Bring a cooking pan to high heat. Add the shallots butter (A) into the cooking pan.
2) Once the butter is melted, pour the green peas (B) into the pan & lightly coat them in the butter. Turn off the heat.
3) Place the green peas in a serving bowl. Drizzle the lemon juice (C) over the green peas & mix well before serving.
