Wash the tomatoes gently with water. Pat dry with a paper towel. Slice the tomatoes in half & set aside. 2) Open up the basil pack (B). Pluck the leaves & set them aside. 3) Place the sliced tomatoes & basil leaves into a large mixing bowl. Open the olive oil & sea salt pack (C). Add the olive oil into the bowl & season the dish with a little sea salt to taste. 4) Hold the unopened elderflower vinaigrette (D) & shake well until it forms an emulsion. Open & pour it over the tomatoes in the large mixing bowl. 5) Mix well & serve the dish on a plate.
